Trick or Treat Skelly Belly

"Trick or Treat Skelly Belly" is a new small figure (13.25" tall x 3" wide x 2.5" deep) that I just finished. He is made out of a paper clay blend with wood dowels, wire and a papier mache base. He is full of details and holds his belly while he laughs after just doing something naughty at a home that didn't give any Halloween treats. Bad little Skelly Belly, bad!!

Skelly stands on a papier mache box painted with a graveyard gateway illuminated by a small moon and patroled by two small flying bats.

Skelly wears a pointed hat with 3 cream colored stripes and a 31 in the center that is encircled with a black oval wash and tiny black brim. He has lovely tinted orange cheeks and stitched lips with a big toothy grin and haunting orange eyes set into his black eye sockets. He wears an antiqued orange shirt with cream polka dots, a dressy vampire bat bow tie with two black buttons and orange and cream striped leggings above his black pointed boots. Skelly carries a pumpkin not to light his way but to hold the goodies he is collecting...the pumpkin requires occasional feeding so Skelly Belly doesn't get to eat everything he collects.

Some of Skelly's details are shown above down to the tiny boney fingers and nose and teeth on the vampire bat.

This little Skelly Belly looks great with other Halloween figures so he will make someone a nice addition to their collection!!
