Skyward Soaring Skelly

Oh look out, for there is bound to be fireworks in the night sky if that flying witch, "Bee Wicked", catches up with Sigmund the Skyward Soaring Skelly. You see, Bee had never worried about leaving her beloved broom, Cassandra, outside her door because Cassandra would only respond to the touch and bewitching chants of her owner. This had always been true until Sigmund Skelly learned of a magical bucket that would enchant Cassandra into flight as long as the handle of the bucket was placed over the broom tip. As far as Cassandra was concerned, it was Bee riding her, not that naughty skelly, Sigmund.

You know, I actually am concerned for Sigmund. I am afraid that Bee's riding skills far exceed Sigmund's piloting talents, and if she can bump the bucket loose from Cassandra...well, Cassandra will just dump Sigmund in mid-flight. Sigmund is just a skelly you know, and his bones won't bounce well when they hit the ground and could possibly break. Now, I'm not exactly sure if a skelly's bones can heal after they have been broken, afterall, they are no longer alive in the same sense we are, so let's hope Cassandra dumps him on a big fluffy haystack so that we don't have to find out. (By the way, if you know the answer to that question let me know.)

Sigmund's smile tells us he is pleased with his mischief so lets hope for the best!! Bad Sigmund, such a bad skelly!!!

Have a great Thursday!

Laurie - you NEED to write a book about these characters of yours. I love his expression - the cat that got the mouse! :) xox

Thank you Traci!!! He was such fun to make and I love the idea of my characters interacting and causing mischief amongst themselves!! Only 30 days before Halloween and Vine so I better get back to the paint!

Oh Pam, coming from you that is such a HUGE compliment!! My family is after me to get the stories submitted somewhere, but you know family is always so sweet that you don't really ever know if they are just being kind or if you have something really working. Hmmm, food for thought!

Thank you both!!

Laurie, it's not just family. I really enjoy your stories and think more people would too. A small book you can self publish like in Iphoto would be a great start. Then an stop action movie, then... you never know?

In my spare time!!!HA! I had a gal last year working with me on Sir Jack Spinner's Pumpkin Ball, but she is such a busy lady we haven't gotten back together on the project in months. Grand babies take a priority you know, and she loves those little ones!! Do you have a link to the Halloween elves so that I can rent a few of them?

How goes the Halloween and Vine work?

Have a great weekend Jorge!!

Thank you all!!!! Been away for a couple of days and hope to get a new figure up tomorrow for an update!! Finishing up some things for Halloween and Vine with only 21 days left for me to finish up the last of the pieces and get them packed!!!! Cross your fingers for me I get it all done!!

Lance....the hats keep getting bigger and more exaggerated...I put one up against a hat I did in January and I couldn't believe it was almost an inch taller!!! It will have to stop somewhere, but I'm having fun with it for now!
