Painting and Need to Sculpt

Something is buzzing this little fellows head, but he's still smiling so I'm thinking it must not be too big or too scary!! I'm finishing some paint on another figure and I definitely need to get back into the paper mache and sculpt.

So many ideas and only two hands....do you think I can learn to sculpt with my toes too?

Have a great day!!

  2. Hmmm, something worth considering--HA!! Thank you Pattee. I'm finding I'm spending more and more time on the painting using multiple glazes because it makes the texture of the paper mache pop better. They don't look the same if I don't do that.

  5. Oh Pam, you give me credit for skills beyond my capability, but wouldn't it be a hoot to be doing two pieces at once!!

    William...we all need goals!!! giggle!!!

  6. Laurie,
I love all your creations. I am amazed at their expressions, your painting is the best I've seen.
Do you use paper clay? You should do a tutorial on painting, I'd buy it in a heart beat.

  7. Thank you Jan!! This head doesn't have any paperclay in it, it is all paper mache mix.

I've been painting for years and I'm not sure I could do a tutorial on what I'm doing for someone to follow...but thanks for the encouragement!!!
