Elwood Wants Equal Time

Okay, here is a post for Elwood....he was a bit upset with the fact that Jake got his picture on the blog over the weekend and he didn't. Hopefully, this will restore peace on the studio table this week. (giggle)

I'm not able to work without them and that is just fine with me!!

Have a great week creating and don't forget to give your fur buddies a hug for me!

  2. Elwood is a lover of paint brushes. I have to watch him like a hawk or he steals from me and runs like crazy with his new treasure. He also loves paint water....eeeewwwhhhhh!!

  5. Marie, I have absolutely no idea. I have a water container on the studio table for them, but Elwood will smell it and then walk over to my paint water and start drinking. The only time he uses the water dish is when I have no water in the brush rinser. Goofy cat!

Isn't it amazing how they have to be with us when we are working, David! They just move my work items out of their way and make a nap space.

Elwood helped me paint this morning and grabbed a loaded black brush...he has new spots on his right paw now. If he had thumbs he would paint I have no doubt in my mind!!

    Have a great week all!!

  7. Jake and Elwood from one of my all-time fave movies! I can still see them driving through the mall, or singing at that roadside dive. Just too funny! Love the kitties, and Miss Laurie, how do you maintain such a neat workspace? Mine looks like the aftermath of a really bad storm!

  8. The two of them lived up to their names last night. My leather chairs looks like the devil!! Those boys were doing their speed romping while I was working in the other room and they used their back claws to propel themselves off of the back of both chairs. I'm not happy, but hopeful that my leather kit can help cover their "tracks". Note: leather and young cats are not a good mix.
