The Bunny Bowl is Done!!

Well, the Bunny Bowl is painted and getting ready to take a journey to his new owner. I must confess, I learned a lot while sculpting and painting this piece. He was work, but so much of it was just trying to figure out how things would work in this shape. I now have lots of ideas for Halloween so I think my husband gets the next bowl to give out his Halloween treats to the Trick-or-Treaters this fall. He doesn't ask me to keep many pieces, but he looked at this one a lot and commented to me about it as I was working so I'm taking that as a sign.

I think he will be funny with eggs surrounding his little body and only his arms and feet showing in the bowl. Bunny with attitude!

Hope you like him!
Have a great day and happy creating!

What a sweet bowl Laurie!.... I can relate to the challenge of covering and sculpting a bowl in papier mache ~ it takes patience!!.... A very lucky collector out there will certainly treasure it.....

Oh thank you everyone!!

CK...I thought of the patience you have to have in all of your intricate pieces as I was working on this bowl!!

Debbie, I have to let them go or I would have to go back to a "job"...this is my joy and I'd like to stay here so off they go to a collector!

Kim, Here is hoping for stimulus checks!!!

Diana, I think a nice skelly figure is in line for the next bowl. I'll post in the future!

Janell, I put some porcelain eggs in it and it didn't do a thing so maybe glass eggs would be the ticket! I'll let Kristin know!

Johanna, Oh how I know you understand the bowl aspect. The concave surface is a challenge!

Monica, The Halloween bowl will be bigger according to the prospective husband! I guess he wants to make sure it holds all of the candy he gives away!!

Sonia, You are too funny!!! Thanks for stopping by and I hope your allergies are better!

Hey Candy!!! Oh, I am so glad you like him. Hubby I think is excited about getting his Halloween bowl!

Again, Thank You ALL!!!!!
