Sunday Helpers

This will be quick today. These are the art helpers...Glycerin is the calico...

Jake is the tuxedo cat with the LOOOOONNNNNGGGG monkey tail sun-bathing with Glycerin...

...and Elwood is the second "monkey-cat" displaying just a little attitude. He is, believe it or not from this photograph, the comedian of the group.

That's "mom" and her adopted boys, growing up as all things do and still as naughty as ever. Jake is now into stealing paint brushes off of the studio table and running as fast as he can with them--lovely!!
Happy creating and enjoy your Sunday.
Laurie

Aren't cats curious little creatures? My daughter's does the same thing with her pony tail holders.

I mentioned this before in another post and if I keep doing this I am busted... I LOVE cats. I just dont want my dog to know... so lets keep this to ourselves. We have 3 indoor kitties and 4 outdoor kitties. All the outdoor kitties have come to us because I leave food out for those who want it. I have a Bill, Yoshi, Dora, Spanky Do, Pudd'ins, Boo and Man-cat. This is why I need to work. ha! Thanks for sharing your terrific pictures! Give all hugs from me!

I have a confession to make...you show me a kitten and I think it needs to be mine. Last week I heard a kitten's distress cry and it was dark so I went outside and talked to it and it stopped crying so I couldn't find it. Next evening, I heard it again but the cry was even more distressed. I found it, picked it up and took it to my husband who looked at me and said, "no." Can he read me or what!!!I went up and down the streets of our neighborhood looking for it's home and finally ended up calling the Human Society. If it would have been up to me it would have stayed. I think my husband fears I have the potential to become that "lady with all of the cats" that every community seems to have!!

LOL, my daughter is the same way. Last week she had come home late after class and saw a little stray kitten looking lost. While she was trying to coax it close enough to catch her husband was at the top of the stairs calling "If you catch it we can't keep it!" over and over.
