EHAG (Eclectic Halloween Artist Group) has a creative challenge for the artists with "Creepy Confections" being the theme. I plan on putting my piece on ebay October 3, and I decided to show you my WIP of the work I will have finished for the challenge.
My characters face is even a little creepy, for me, and he is carrying a trick or treat bag containing worms, candied eyeballs, two suckers with painted surfaces I have in my sketchbook, a nasty faced cupcake and a swinging piece of candy corn as well as a sugar skull. So many sweets for such a tiny body.
I have another WIP for tomorrow! Back to the work table!!
Happy creating!

Cool! I will be looking forward to seeing what you and all of the artists bring to the new challenge. Love it!! Robert :)
Thanks David, Chris and Robert...oh my land, do you know how unusual it is for me to have 3 comments in a row posted that are all male?!! I don't think that has happened before on my blog so this is a monumental moment. Okay, I took it in and laughed to myself that I even noticed that!!
The EHAG challenges are exciting and Chris is our fearless challenge leader so thank you for the moral support Mr. Chris!!
Robert, thank you for the heads up on Martha's contest. I posted a picture on the right of her, but the one you have of her in pearls is even better!!!
David, need to come see you again to see how the row of WIPs is progressing!! Your things are so exciting and the smiles rawk!!!

Can't wait to see the finished piece.
He is still damp to the touch today so he won't see paint for a couple of days. Thank you Dani, Kim and Robin for stopping by and leaving words of encouragement to get this done so I can post it finished.
